This Privacy Policy explains how Project Sunrise LLC (“we,” “us,” “SATED”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit sated.kitchen, sign up to the newsletter, or purchase the SATED cookbook.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) automatically logs standard server data: IP address, browser type, referring URL, requested URL, and timestamp. This is used to operate the site, prevent abuse, and keep it secure. Logs are retained for 30 days, then deleted.
If you submit your email address to receive the free 5-Day GLP-1 Starter Plate or to join the SATED list, we collect your email address and the timestamp of your signup. We use a double-opt-in process: you receive a confirmation email and must click the link to activate the subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We do not require any personal information beyond your email address.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe transmits to us only the data needed to fulfill your order: your name, email address, country of residence (for sales-tax determination), purchase amount, and a Stripe transaction ID. We do not receive or store your full payment card number, CVC, or full billing address. Purchase records are retained for the period required by US federal and state tax law (currently a minimum of seven years).
Each PDF delivered after purchase is stamped with the purchasing email address on every page, for the sole purpose of deterring unauthorized redistribution. This is an automated technical step performed at the moment of fulfillment. No separate database of watermark-to-buyer mappings is kept beyond the standard purchase record described in section 1.3.
We use the information collected only for the purposes for which you provided it:
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.
Each service provider processes information only on our instructions, for the purposes described above. We choose providers that publicly commit to reasonable security practices.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@sated.kitchen from the email address associated with your account, or include enough information for us to verify your identity. We respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension available where the request is complex, as permitted under US state law. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response email.
Every marketing email we send identifies Project Sunrise LLC as the sender, displays the postal address above, and includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. Unsubscribing applies within ten business days of your request, as required by the federal CAN-SPAM Act. Transactional emails (purchase receipt, download link, refund confirmation) are sent regardless of marketing preferences because they are required to deliver a product you have purchased.
SATED is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@sated.kitchen and we will delete it promptly.
Personal information is transmitted to and from sated.kitchen over TLS-encrypted connections. Stripe handles all payment card data under PCI-DSS Level 1 certification. Resend stores email contact data in industry-standard managed databases. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we do not warrant absolute security.
SATED is operated from the United States and intended for US residents. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which has data-protection laws that differ from those of your country.
